About Gramya

Made by the poorest of the poor women, these natural fibre craft bags, home furnishings and festival gifts are also biodegradable, making the soil richer after completing their life cycle.

A banana bark is extracted in an environment-friendly way to make nature-friendly utility craft products, created without much use of electricity and instead by hand spinning, hand weaving, and hand crafting.

Involves over 200 women resulting in social and economic empowerment in clusters of villages, throughout the year. Nutraceutical, ethnic and health foods are also offered by Gramya.
